This business is personal. With more than a decade of experience placing high-impact talent across the UK, Europe, and the US, from early-stage start-ups to FTSE 100s, I’ve seen both sides of recruitment: the transformative effect of great hiring, the critical impact of successful recruitment when scaling and the cost of getting it wrong.
With experience leading talent acquisition from both sides of the table (agency and in-house) I bring a uniquely rounded perspective to every hiring challenge. I’ve built and scaled high-performing teams inside early-stage start-ups and I understand first-hand the pressures of hypergrowth, the complexity of cross-functional hiring, and the operational realities of scaling a business where every hire truly matters.
My background spans hands-on delivery, strategy ownership, and talent leadership across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, product, and executive functions which allows me to blend sharp market execution with commercial and cultural alignment. I don’t just know what great hiring looks like, I’ve lived it, built it, and delivered it in the real world.
